Open call for artist residency in Nicosia

The CYENS – Thinker Maker Space, located in the historic centre of Nicosia has launched the programme “Artist in Residence” last july, an open call to expand the knowledge and services of the centre through skill sharing and collaboration. 

The residencies can last from two weeks and up to six months, during which artists will enjoy full access to the Makerspace facilities and tools but also have the opportunity to present their work, and co-organise a series of workshops and talks relating to their practice and area of expertise.

The open-call invites individuals from the creative industry (creators, designers, visual artists, academics or others) to submit a portfolio and a project proposal during 3 periods:

• Winter Round: 15^th of December 2021
• Spring Round: 15^th of March 2022
• Summer Round: 15^th of July 2022
